Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 26, 2026

Reyes Construction Group wants everyone to be able to use reyesconstructiongroupllc.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, zoom or other assistive technology. If anything on the site is hard to use, call (571) 230-0035 and we’ll help.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is our goal, not a certification.

What we’ve done

  • Tested every page with automated accessibility checks (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules plus best practices) at desktop and phone sizes on October 26, 2026.
  • Tested the main pages with a keyboard only: links, the Services menu, buttons and the questions on each page can be reached and show a visible focus outline, and the mobile menu closes with the Escape key.
  • Checked color contrast for text and buttons against WCAG AA.
  • Used one main heading per page, headings in order, a “skip to content” link and labeled page regions for screen readers.
  • Added text descriptions to the photos of our work. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Gave every field in the estimate form a label.
  • Checked every page on screens as narrow as 320 pixels, the same as zooming to 400% on a laptop, with no sideways scrolling.
  • Respected the “reduce motion” setting: animations are turned off for visitors who ask for less motion.

Content from other companies

Some parts of the site come from other companies: the YouTube video on our home page, the Google map on our Contact page, the Google reviews on our Reviews page, the estimate form and its Google reCAPTCHA spam check, and our links to Google, Facebook, YouTube and X. If you can’t watch or hear the video, call us and we’ll tell you about our company another way. We chose these with accessibility in mind but don’t control their code, so some parts may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If one gets in your way, contact us and we’ll help another way, for example with an estimate by phone or email.
